Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive measurable growth across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who blends analytical thinking with creative execution and is ready to take ownership of campaigns end-to-end. Ability to understand and communicate company goals clearly a must.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and scale Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
- Create high-converting landing pages (tools like Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
- Improve brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (ROI, CPL, CAC, etc.)
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for performance
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and messaging
Requirements- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
- Email marketing tools
- WhatsApp automation tools
- Experience in landing page creation & optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good to Have- Technical or engineering background
- Experience in B2B marketing or AV/technology industry
Location Requirement- Must be based in or near Navi Mumbai
- Willing to work from office (daily commute required)
