Role Description The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions for the company’s animation and VFX services. Day-to-day tasks include developing performance marketing strategies, managing paid campaigns across platforms, analyzing campaign data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves close collaboration with the sales, creative, and production teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging. The Executive will also monitor market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to refine targeting and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective performance campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present campaign results clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales and marketing alignment skills to support revenue goals and nurture qualified leads.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and A/B testing is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment in Mumbai are advantageous.
