Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
CTC: ₹3 – ₹4.5 LPA
About The reelOn
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in paid advertising and SEO, with a focus on delivering measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page & off-page)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits
- Track and improve KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Generate reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Take full ownership of campaigns and work independently
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing
- Strong expertise in paid ads + SEO
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting ability
- Good understanding on canva
Good to Have
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Understanding of growth marketing and scaling campaigns
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
