Red Rock India is a growing creative and digital agency working across branding, corporate communications, events, exhibitions, video production, and performance marketing.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who understands how to generate measurable business results, not just run ads.
This role is ideal for someone with strong agency-side experience who can independently manage lead generation campaigns, optimise performance, analyse data, and work closely with creative teams to build high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- YouTube
- LinkedIn Ads
- Build and manage lead generation funnels
- Improve campaign performance, CPL and conversion quality
- Work closely with creative and content teams for campaign assets
- Create campaign reports, insights and recommendations
- Set up tracking, pixels, conversion events and analytics
- Support email marketing and remarketing workflows
- Understand B2B and corporate audience targeting
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years of performance marketing experience
- Agency experience preferred
- Hands-on expertise in Google + Meta Ads mandatory
- Experience in LinkedIn B2B campaigns preferred
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategy
- Comfortable handling multiple client accounts
- Analytical mindset with attention to reporting and optimisation
- Good communication and presentation skills
