Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn. The role requires strong hands-on experience in managing performance-driven campaigns, ideally within the real estate ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid performance campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Own end-to-end campaign management — from strategy, audience targeting, creatives coordination, budget allocation, to performance tracking.
- Drive lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns for real estate projects.
- Continuously monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, account management) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, funnels, and attribution.
- Practical experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize spends efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate marketing (residential or commercial).
- Background in a marketing or performance agency, especially having handled real estate clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience working with landing pages and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
(Real estate and agency experience are preferred but not mandatory.)
