🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience who knows how to scale ads, not just run them.
Your core focus:
📈 Driving revenue
💰 Improving ROAS
⚡ Scaling winning campaigns
You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams to build high-performing funnels.
🔥 What You’ll Do
1. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, launch & optimize campaigns
- Scale winning ads like a pro 🚀
- Build targeting + retargeting funnels
- Track metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC
2. Google Ads
- Manage Search, Display & Shopping campaigns
- Optimize keywords, bids & ad copies
- Improve conversions, reduce CAC
3. Performance & Analytics
- Deep dive into data 📊
- Run A/B tests (creatives, copies, landing pages)
- Spot scaling opportunities & fix leaks
- Share clear performance reports
4. Creative & Funnel Optimization
- Work with content team on scroll-stopping creatives
- Suggest hooks, angles & formats based on trends 🎯
- Optimize landing pages & funnels for conversions
✅ Who You Are
- 2+ years in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- D2C / e-commerce understanding
- Data-driven mindset (you trust numbers, not guesses)
- Comfortable with Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics
- Experience in wellness / skincare / FMCG = bonus
