Job Description: Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional to manage and scale paid campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign execution, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data-backed strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Manage large advertising budgets with ownership of ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign performance
- Conduct deep performance analysis and generate actionable insights to improve results
- Build and execute advanced audience strategies including segmentation, remarketing, and lookalikes
- Continuously experiment with creatives, ad formats, and bidding strategies to scale campaigns
- Ensure campaigns run efficiently with minimal downtime and consistent performance
- Provide structured feedback and guidance to junior team members or associates
- Collaborate with founders and team leads on growth strategies and new channel testing
- Take full ownership of campaign outcomes and implement quick corrective actions when required
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign planning and optimization
- Proven experience managing high ad spends with performance-focused goals
- Advanced knowledge of audience targeting, segmentation, and remarketing strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Leadership capability to guide and oversee junior team members
- High ownership mindset with accountability for results
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
