We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist
We are a leading manufacturer and project execution company in sports flooring and sports infrastructure — acrylic, PU, EPDM : serving contractors, institutions, and government clients across India. We're ITF-certified and growing fast across new territories. We're looking for a performance marketer who can turn digital spend into qualified leads and real projects.
Location: Delhi NCR On-site Experience: 2–4 years in performance / digital marketing (B2B preferred)
What you'll do – Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads from contractors, architects, PMCs, institutions, and government buyers – Own the full funnel: landing pages, lead forms, retargeting, and conversion tracking – Manage SEO and content distribution to grow inbound visibility for our flooring verticals – Build and run email / WhatsApp nurture sequences to move leads toward project enquiries – Set up and report on key metrics — CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and pipeline contribution – Coordinate with sales to ensure leads convert and feedback loops stay tight – Support brand presence across LinkedIn and other channels for our launches and new territories
What we're looking for – 2–4 years running paid campaigns with proven lead-gen results (B2B / construction / building materials a strong plus) – Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics – Comfortable with landing page tools, CRM, and basic marketing automation – Strong analytical mindset — you optimize by data, not gut – Bonus: experience marketing to architects, contractors, or government/institutional buyers
