*About the Role*
Kareercoach is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads, monitoring performance, improving campaign results, and supporting landing page development when required.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and understands how to turn marketing efforts into real business growth.
*Key Responsibilities*
• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
• Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible results.
• Focus on generating high-quality leads that convert into actual enrollments.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Continuously improve campaign strategy based on performance data.
• Coordinate with the team to understand business goals and target audience.
• Ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up coordination with the sales team.
• Suggest new strategies to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
• Basic involvement in creating and optimizing landing pages.
*Required Skills*
• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing and paid advertising platforms.
• Hands-on experience in campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
• Basic understanding of WordPress landing page creation and editing.
• Basic knowledge of .NET or other web technologies (preferred).
• Understanding of lead tracking tools and analytics.
• Basic skills in graphic designing and ad creatives editing.
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of audience targeting and conversion strategy.
*Experience Required*
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven track record of generating leads through paid campaigns.
• Experience working on lead generation campaigns is preferred.
*Work Details*
• Job Location: Noida
• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
• This is a full-time in-office role, so candidates should be comfortable working from the Noida office.
