Role Overview
We are an early-stage B2C travel application focused on hotel bookings. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels. This role is execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, structured reporting, and disciplined campaign management. The candidate will work closely with leadership to run paid acquisition experiments and maintain performance hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Campaign Execution
- Set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor daily spend and ensure budget pacing
- Optimize bids, targeting, and placements
- Pause underperforming ads and scale performing creatives
- Maintain clean campaign structure and naming conventions
- Performance Monitoring
- Track key metrics: o Cost per install (CPI) o Cost per search o Cost per checkout o Cost per booking
- Prepare structured weekly performance reports
- Identify anomalies and escalate issues
- Ensure UTM tracking discipline across campaigns
- Experiment Support
- Implement A/B tests for creatives and audiences
- Coordinate with creative team for new ad assets
- Maintain experiment documentation
- Track performance of test variants
- Attribution & Data Hygiene
- Ensure correct campaign tracking parameters
- Coordinate with analytics team for data validation
- Verify that internal/test traffic is excluded from reports
- Maintain accurate dashboard reporting

- Stability of paid campaigns
- Cost per install within target
- Accurate and timely weekly reporting
- Test implementation speed

Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of attribution and tracking
- Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics tools
- Strong Excel / reporting skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working in early-stage environment
