Salary Range: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
About the Role
INDIKOSH is looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to manage, optimize, and scale our digital advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and improving lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining an efficient cost per lead
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, and placements
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API
• Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
• Identify reasons for poor lead quality and implement corrective strategies
• Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to improve campaign results
• Manage basic Google Ads and GA4 tracking when required
Required Skills
✅ 2–4 years of practical experience in Meta Ads
✅ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
✅ Experience with Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns
✅ Practical understanding of Meta Pixel and Conversions API
✅ Experience in audience building and retargeting campaigns
✅ Strong campaign optimization and A/B testing skills
✅ Ability to analyze performance data and improve lead quality
✅ Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Experience
⭐ Experience in the travel and tourism industry
⭐ Experience in high-ticket lead generation
⭐ Basic knowledge of Google Ads and GA4
⭐ Proven campaign results or a performance portfolio
Salary
💰 ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills
Exceptional candidates with proven results and strong technical expertise may be considered for a salary of up to ₹25,000 per month.
