Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Mangaluru for an on-site role. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, managing budgets, and delivering customer-focused advertising strategies. Collaboration with content and creative teams, tracking KPIs, and staying updated on market trends are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, including campaign planning, ad creation, and KPI tracking
- Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing and Paid Advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
- Skills in Data Analysis and Reporting to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Proficiency in tools for Campaign Management and Marketing Analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and independently manage tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with industries such as technology, travel, and real estate is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
