Job Title: Performance & Social Media Marketing Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Performance & Social Media Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong marketing mindset—blending performance marketing, brand storytelling, and audience engagement—to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and content direction across performance and social channels.
- Plan channel mix (paid + organic) to balance short-term conversions and long-term brand building.
- Identify target audiences, customer journeys, and growth opportunities.
- Set clear KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness.
2. Performance Marketing Management
- Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Plan and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Drive A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization.
3. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and execute content strategies focused on engagement, growth, and brand recall.
- Work on content calendars, campaigns, reels/videos, and storytelling formats.
- Build and engage communities through consistent interaction and brand voice.
- Track and optimize performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
4. Content & Creative Direction
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
- Guide creation of ad copies, scripts, hooks, and storytelling formats.
- Align performance campaigns with content marketing and brand campaigns.
5. Data Analytics & Insights
- Monitor campaign and social media performance using dashboards and reports.
- Derive insights on customer behavior, trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Translate data into actionable strategies for optimization and growth.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams for campaign alignment.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across all touchpoints.
7. Innovation & Market Trends
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.
- Experiment with new formats (short-form video, influencer marketing, automation, AI tools).
- Continuously improve strategies based on market insights and competitor analysis.
Preferred Profile
- Graduate in Marketing / Business / Communications or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing & Social Media
- Strong understanding of both paid and organic marketing strategies
- Experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
