Roles & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute customer lifecycle & retention journeys
- Reactivate dormant and inactive users through Email & WhatsApp automation
- Create multichannel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App & Web Push)
- Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Track retention, reactivation, repeat purchase ratio & customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Prepare performance reports with revenue impact insights
- Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Content teams
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Strong understanding of customer retention and lifecycle marketing
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals
- Proven ability to improve customer engagement, retention, and sales
- Proven ability to achieve targets
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
