We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the renewable energy sector.

📌 Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Generate qualified B2B leads through paid campaigns
Create high-converting ad creatives (images/videos/copies)
Track and optimize KPIs like CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS
Run A/B testing for continuous improvement
Set up and manage Pixel, GTM, and Google Analytics
Work on landing pages and conversion funnels
✅ Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing
Strong expertise in lead generation campaigns
Experience in B2B / Industrial / Solar / EPC sector preferred
Analytical mindset + creative thinking
Hands-on experience with campaign optimization
