What you will do :-
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other relevant channels.
- Manage media budgets ranging from high-scale spends to lean campaign allocations with equal efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign planning, goal setting, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for real-time insights.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, scripts, and other solutions to improve efficiency.
- Lead performance audits, conversion tracking setups, and cross-channel attribution modeling.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and AI-driven tools to continuously improve campaign performance.
What we're looking for :-
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing (agency or brand side).
- Proven track record of managing D2C performance campaigns across top, middle, and bottom-of-the-funnel stages.
- Experience managing media budgets of ₹50 Lakhs+ per month and delivering successful campaign outcomes.
- Experience with Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart) and Quick Commerce Ads (Zepto, Instamart, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong command of Google Ads, including:
- Search
- Display
- Shopping
- Performance Max
- YouTube Ads
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center (GMC), Google Business Profile (GMB), and pixel implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign structure, testing, optimization, and scaling.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience using Zapier or similar automation tools.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting, analysis, and insight generation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and optimization capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Client-facing experience is a plus.
