Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive – Fashion Apparel


Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in fashion or apparel-focused paid advertising, preferably within the luxury or premium segment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital campaigns, optimizing performance across platforms, and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Ad Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple campaign types including search, display, video, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Track KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization and growth.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to produce regular performance reports and dashboards.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Plan and allocate marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently within defined budgets and timelines.

Market Insights & Trends

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, PPC best practices, and competitor strategies, especially within the fashion and luxury apparel space.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign innovation and performance improvement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1.5 – 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fashion, apparel, or D2C brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer acquisition funnels, and paid media strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present ideas and performance insights clearly.


Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with luxury or premium apparel brands, with an understanding of high-end customer behavior and brand positioning.
  • Exposure to fashion e-commerce and D2C marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
