🎯 Role Objective
- Drive student admissions through performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on generating high-quality leads at optimized cost and improving campaign performance continuously.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for student lead generation
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search & Display)
- Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) through audience testing and campaign optimization
- Track and report campaign performance including: (Leads generated, Cost per lead, Conversion rate)
- Maintain consistent activity across: (Meta Platform, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile)
- Plan monthly content calendar (design support will be provided)
- Participate in weekly performance review meetings
🧠 Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
- Results-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes
- Good communication and reporting skills
