Role: Performance Marketing Executive This role is for someone who’s ready to go beyond execution checklists, someone who understands that performance marketing is equal parts numbers, psychology, and speed.
You’ll be working closely with the core team to manage campaigns, test ideas, and build funnels that actually convert not just report impressions.
What we actually need:- Hands-on experience with D2C brands (agency or in-house)
- Strong command over Meta & Google Ads ecosystems
- Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end from setup to scaling
- Understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance analysis
- Comfort with funnel thinking not just running ads, but improving the full journey
- Active use of AI tools in daily workflows (creatives, analysis, optimization, etc.)
- Someone who can look at data and take decisions, not just present it
What this role looks like:You’ll be owning campaigns, experimenting constantly, and learning fast. This is not a role where you wait for instructions, it’s one where you figure things out, test, fail, optimize and repeat.
