Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms, conducting market research to identify trends, and refining strategies for maximum impact. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to achieve ROI targets. Additionally, you’ll contribute to developing innovative marketing solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning, including the ability to design effective strategies for online and offline marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Sales and Marketing principles with the ability to integrate strategies to drive business outcomes
- Experience in managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and responsibilities across in-office and remote settings
