Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Dermalist.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and scaling performance across digital channels while maintaining strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
Manage budgets and allocate spends effectively across channels
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
🔹 Campaign Optimization & Scaling
Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
Optimize underperforming campaigns through A/B testing
🔹 Creative & Funnel Strategy
Work closely with designers and content teams for ad creatives
Guide messaging, hooks, and formats for high-converting ads
Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates
🔹 E-commerce & Marketplace Ads
Manage performance campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart
Optimize product listings and ad placements for better visibility and sales
Align ad strategies with overall sales goals
🔹 Analytics & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
Prepare reports and dashboards for campaign performance
Use data insights to drive decisions and improve ROI
🔹 Audience & Retargeting Strategy
Build and manage audience segments
Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Improve customer lifetime value (LTV) through performance strategies
🔹 Team Collaboration
Collaborate with brand, content, and design teams
Coordinate with external agencies if required
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns end-to-end
Requirements
· 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing (D2C or Skincare preferred)
· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
· Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics
· Experience in scaling campaigns with measurable ROI
· Good understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
Bonus (Good to Have)
· Experience in skincare or beauty brands
· Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and attribution tools
· Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
· Experience handling high ad budgets
