We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads + Meta Ads)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who understands campaign fundamentals, is comfortable working with data, and is eager to grow in performance marketing across both eCommerce and lead generation businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media (Google & Meta):
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Work on both eCommerce conversion campaigns and lead generation campaigns
- Monitor and optimize key metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Manage audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies
- Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives
- Set up and manage pixel tracking, conversion events, UTM parameters, and GA4 tracking
Performance & Reporting
- Track daily and weekly campaign performance
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement changes
- Prepare performance reports with key insights
- Support media planning and basic projection building
SEO (Good to Have)
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO and website optimization
- Ability to coordinate with SEO/content teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience to do the entire setup from scratch and further optimizations
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking setups
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/clients
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce is a plus
- Presentation skills
- Create client plans for media spends
