Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for social media retainers across leading brands. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign planning, analytics, and content performance optimization in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and GDN for social media retainers across popular brands.
· Monitor, track, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
· Own monthly media budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation, pacing, and alignment with brand objectives.
· Conduct analytics and research on platform content performance, identifying what resonates with audiences.
· Track emerging platform trends and shifts in content formats to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
· Provide feedback loops to creative teams on content effectiveness and recommend areas of improvement.
· Assist in developing spend strategies tailored to each brand’s objectives.
Skills & Experience:
· 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably on Meta Ads Manager and GDN.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting and data interpretation.
· Understanding of content trends on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
· Ability to translate numbers into insights for creative and strategy teams.
· Detail-oriented with strong ownership of budgets and timelines.
