Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in app promotion and IT lead generation campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive mobile app installs and qualified business leads.
This is an on-site role in Noida (Sector 62) where you will work closely with our marketing team to scale campaigns and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute app install campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (UAC).
- Run lead generation campaigns for IT services across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Install (CPI) and Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing for better performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design and development teams for creatives and landing pages.
- Track conversions using Facebook Pixel, App Events, Firebase, or similar tools.
Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and user acquisition.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in app promotion and app install campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation for IT or service-based businesses.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of analytics tools, tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Location: Noida – Sector 62
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

🏠 Work Policy: Monday to Friday ( On Site )
