Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Velachery, Chennai.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in running high-performing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels while focusing on lead generation, conversions, ROI optimization, and campaign scaling.
You will work closely with strategy, content, and design teams to create performance-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
YouTube Ads (preferred)
- Build and manage:
- Lead generation campaigns
- Conversion campaigns
- Retargeting campaigns
- Funnel-based advertising strategies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on:
- CPL
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion rates
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
Set up tracking and analytics tools including:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion Tracking
Generate campaign performance reports and actionable insights
Work closely with design and content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in performance marketing
Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
Immediate joiner Only in chennai
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
Good understanding of:
- Lead generation funnels
- Conversion optimization
- Audience targeting
- A/B testing
Experience with analytics and reporting tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
Basic understanding of SEO and CRM tools is an added advantage
Google / Meta certifications are preferred
