We are looking for a data-driven
Performance Marketing Executive with experience in CRM, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and campaign optimization to drive engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute customer lifecycle and retention journeys.
- Reactivate dormant and inactive users through Email & WhatsApp automation.
- Create multichannel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, In-App, and Web Push.
- Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve Open Rate, CTR, and Conversions.
- Track campaign performance, including Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Repeat Purchase Ratio, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Prepare campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Content teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
