* Running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms without burning the budget too quickly.
* Turning โน into ๐ by optimizing campaigns for better ROI.
* A/B testing everything, from ad copies to audiences, because guessing is not a strategy.
* Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance, with the ability to justify changes in metrics such as CPL.
* Working closely with the creative team to make ads that actually get clicks.
* Keeping up with trends, algorithm updates, and sudden platform mood swings.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐
๐จ๐ซ :
* 1โ2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads & analytics tools.
* Comfortable with data, dashboards, and decoding numbers into insights.
* Someone who knows that โboosting a postโ is not a strategy.
* Basic understanding of funnels, attribution, and customer journeys.
* A problem-solver who can think beyond โincrease budgetโ.

* Demonstrated experience in optimizing underperforming campaigns and improving results.
* Ability to clearly explain ROAS in a simple and understandable manner.
* Strong perspective on ad creatives, with the confidence to share insights and recommendations.
