Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Performance Marketing Executive. The individual will manage performance marketing campaigns, oversee budget allocation, analyze campaign data, and drive insights for optimization. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, conducting detailed market research, tracking performance metrics, and supporting marketing initiatives. The role focuses on scaling digital and offline campaigns to drive reach and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to inform strategic decisions and drive campaign performance.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and craft impactful messaging.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize based on data.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is an advantage.
