Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Executive. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams to enhance sales strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaign outcomes. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective marketing techniques and tailored strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and conducting thorough Market Research
- Strong Communication skills for creating impactful marketing messages and engaging with stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proven experience in a similar performance marketing role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
