We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive who lives and breathes performance marketing. You will own and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google, with a sharp focus on mobile app growth, event-based campaign optimisation, and ROAS improvement. This is not a desk job — we expect you to experiment fast, learn faster, and contribute directly to our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta campaigns for app installs, in-app purchases, and user engagement.
- Work with Value Optimisation (VO) and CBO (Campaign Budget Optimisation) structures to maximise ROAS.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel events, App Events, and server-side event tracking.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies; iterate quickly based on data.
- Monitor ad account health and ensure compliance with Meta ad policies.
Google Campaigns (UAC / App Campaigns)
- Launch and manage Google App Campaigns (UAC) optimised for in-app events and purchase conversions.
- Build and manage Custom Segments using competitor app audiences and intent signals.
- Structure multi-campaign setups with proper geo-targeting, audience exclusions, and budget allocation.
- Track and improve key metrics: CPI, CPR (Cost Per Revenue), ROAS, retention rates.
Campaign Strategy & Analytics
- Monitor daily campaign performance; identify drops, spikes, and optimisation opportunities proactively.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action items.
- Coordinate with the creative team to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives (video, static, Hinglish copy).
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically for mobile apps.
- Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google App Campaigns (UAC).
- Strong understanding of event-based campaign optimisation (purchase events, in-app events, custom conversions).
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Google Ads console.
- Ability to analyse campaign data independently and suggest actionable optimisations.
- Good command of Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
