Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media & Campaign Management- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and Snapchat
- Manage and scale campaigns focused on lead generation and eCommerce performance
- Drive visibility and performance growth on Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
- Handle end-to-end campaign execution including audience targeting, creative strategy, budget allocation, and bidding optimization
- Continuously monitor and improve performance based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI
Analytics & Optimization- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, ad platform dashboards, and attribution tools
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
- Optimize full-funnel marketing strategies covering awareness → consideration → conversion → retention
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation- Execute and manage:
- WhatsApp Automation (broadcasts, drip campaigns, chatbot flows)
- Email Marketing (campaigns, automation flows, segmentation)
- Push Notification Marketing (web/app push campaigns)
- Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across channels for better user journey management
CRM & Marketing Technology- Work with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) for:
- Lead tracking and nurturing
- Audience segmentation
- Campaign integration and reporting
- Ensure proper data flow and utilization across marketing and sales funnels
AI & Innovation- Utilize AI tools for:
- Creative insights and ideation
- Campaign optimization and scaling
- Automated reporting and performance analysis
- Actively explore and implement new AI-driven marketing solutions
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management- Manage regular client communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand client goals and translate them into data-driven performance strategies
- Share weekly/monthly reports, insights, and actionable recommendations
- Present campaign performance clearly with a focus on growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Expectations & Requirements- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and digital advertising platforms
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with Quick Commerce ecosystems is a plus
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms, tools, and industry changes
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in performance marketing
- Proactive mindset towards learning and implementing new strategies
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
