Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, dashboards, and performance data. You’ll be managing and optimizing Meta campaigns, tracking performance closely, and building clear views of what’s working and what’s not.
This role is for someone who likes digging into data, spotting patterns, and improving performance every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Work with Excel and dashboards to track metrics and identify trends
- Build and maintain basic dashboards (Power BI) for performance tracking
- Test creatives, audiences, and scaling strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Strong interest in performance marketing and data analysis
- Comfortable working with Excel (must - Intermetidate to Advance Level)
- Familiarity with creating dashboards on Power BI.
- Someone who enjoys dashboards, numbers, and figuring out patterns
- Detail-oriented - you double-check your work
- Willing to put in the effort and learn fast
