About the Role
Let’s Brand You is the digital agency vertical of Akaame Export Private Limited, helping fashion brands build visibility, generate leads, and drive sales through data-driven marketing. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline campaigns for our fashion clientele.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and manage performance-focused digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats
• Build and refine audience segments for targeted campaign delivery
• Track campaign performance and analyze data to improve ROI
• Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams to align marketing activity with revenue goals
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management
• Create clear communication materials supporting brand positioning and campaigns
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company’s ethical and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
• Strong market planning and marketing skills — able to design and manage performance-focused campaigns end-to-end
• Solid market research and analytical ability to read customer behavior, competition, and industry trends
• Effective communication skills — comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting campaign insights clearly
• A sales and conversion mindset — marketing activity tied directly to revenue and growth outcomes
• Hands-on proficiency with digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce marketing is a plus
• Must be based in or willing to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area
