Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience from an agency background, who has worked with D2C global brands and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, result-oriented, and capable of independently managing and scaling paid campaigns across international markets while delivering strong ROI and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution for D2C brands targeting global markets
- Monitor daily performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve performance
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to scale campaigns profitably
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in performance marketing
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience is mandatory)
- Proven experience working with D2C brands targeting international markets
- Strong understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/campaigns simultaneously
- Basic understanding of funnels, CRO, and attribution models is a plus
