Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Executive located in Pune.
As a beginner-level role (0–1 year experience), you will assist in planning, executing, and optimising performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive measurable results, improve campaign performance, and support client growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Support keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with the team
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
- Ensure efficient budget utilization across campaigns
- Tools & Technical Skill
Familiarity with
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (basic understanding)
Basic understanding of
- Keyword research tools (like SEMrush / Google Keyword Planner)
- Conversion tracking and pixel setup
- A/B testing concepts
- Proficiency in:
- MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic reporting & data handling)
- Understanding of digital funnels, lead generation, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience or relevant internship in digital/performance marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
