Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Executive. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to help achieve business growth objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating targeted marketing plans, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with other teams to enhance campaign effectiveness will also be an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective performance marketing strategies.
- Proficient in Market Research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Excellent Communication skills for liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and achieve KPIs.
- Data analysis skills and familiarity with performance tracking tools are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote setup.
