Role Overview
We seek a Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of agency experience to own end-to-end performance campaigns for client and internal projects (e.g., Peritum Creative House, Paahi Productions). You’ll architect data-led strategies across paid media, SEO/SEM, and lead generation, focusing on scalable growth and ROI. If you thrive on testing boundaries (platforms, creatives, audiences) and translating insights into winning funnels, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Strategy & Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (FB/IG), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), LinkedIn Ads, and Inshorts Ads.
• Develop full-funnel strategies (cold → warm → retargeting) for B2B lead gen, D2C, and brand launches.
• Manage budgets (₹5-10L+/month), allocate spend, and maximize ROAS/CAC/CPL.
2. Basic SEO & SEM Ownership
• Basic Knowledge on driving on-page/off-page SEO, backlink strategies, and keyword research to boost organic visibility. (You will be supported by the Organic Team)
• Basic Optimization on Google My Business (GMB) for lead generation.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and align SEO (Supported by Organic team) with paid funnel consistency.
3. Data-Driven Optimization
• Track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA) using GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking.
• Build dashboards, A/B test creatives/audiences/landings pages, and scale winners.
• Diagnose performance gaps via root-cause analysis and suggest fixes.
4. Client & Agency Operations
• Handle end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning → execution → reporting → insights presentation.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure brand-message consistency.
• Manage 5–8 concurrent accounts (clients/internal) and mentor juniors.
5. In-House Growth Ownership
• Generate high-ticket B2B leads for Peritum’s verticals (Bangalore/Dubai markets).
• Optimize conversion journeys (landing pages, forms) and align with sales teams.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–4 years in agency performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
• Basic Expertise in SEO strategy (on-page/off-page/backlinks) and SEM.
• Proven success in D2C/B2B campaigns and lead gen.
• Mastery of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills: data storytelling, Excel/Sheets, and optimization planning.
• Agency experience managing ₹5-10L+/month budgets.
Bonus Skills
• Email automation (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), CRO (landing page testing).
• Influencer marketing, retention strategies, or edtech experience.
• Google Ads/Meta Certifications.
