Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive – Jewellery Brand who understands how to drive growth for e-commerce brands through paid marketing.
This role is focused on executing and optimizing campaigns that directly impact revenue, with a strong emphasis on ROAS, customer acquisition, and funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads (secondary)
- Monitor and improve key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Build and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
- Analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with the creative team to test new ad creatives, hooks, and angles
- Track full-funnel performance from click to purchase
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently
- Support landing page and website performance improvements
Must-have Qualifications- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or D2C brands
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and attribution basics
- Must be based in Mumbai or open to working onsite
