Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce who can help plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns for online brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance campaigns and a strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer acquisition, and ROAS-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Build and manage audience targeting, remarketing, and scaling strategies
- Analyze ad performance and share actionable insights through regular reports
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and testing angles
- Track campaign performance across the full e-commerce funnel
- Identify winning campaigns, creatives, and audiences, and scale them efficiently
- Support website and landing page performance analysis for better conversion rates
Qualifications- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for e-commerce or D2C brands
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good understanding of campaign structure, audience testing, retargeting, and budget optimization
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to numbers and detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred- Experience handling fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or jewelry e-commerce brands
- Understanding of customer journey, funnels, and creative testing
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
