Are you ready to take charge of big budgets, big goals, and big impact? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows how to turn ad spends into growth and you’ll be working directly with our Co-Founder to make it happen.

What You’ll Do ?
- Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn & more.
- Drive leads, conversions, and ROI with sharp strategies.
- Track, measure, and report on key metrics: CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates these numbers will be your playground.
- Confidently manage ₹15 Lakhs+ monthly ad spends and deliver measurable results.
- Experiment, A/B test, and push boundaries to keep campaigns fresh and impactful.
- Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder, sales & product teams to align marketing with business goals.
What We’re Looking For ?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (E-Learning preferred).
- Proven success managing large-scale ad spends and scaling campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with mastery of tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for turning data into action.
- Comfortable with a 6-day work week (Mon–Sat, 2nd Sat + Sundays off).
- Budget up to 15 LPA for the right candidate.
