We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce
Location: Vijaya Bank Layout, Bangalore
Work Type: On- Site| 6 days Working
4 days WFH / Month
Experience: MBA Graduate - 6 months experience Mandatory in Ecommerce Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce marketplaces, and consumer behavior.
You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns, analyze product performance, and drive growth for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Minimum 6 months of experience in executing campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
🔹Strong understanding of Amazon platform functionalities and e-commerce business models
🔹Manage client accounts for paid digital marketing
🔹Understand client business models and define marketing goals
🔹Conduct consumer profiling and define target audiences
🔹Generate insights and map digital touchpoints
🔹Drive business goals like reach, awareness, revenue, and retention
🔹Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
🔹Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
🔹Deliver data-driven insights through campaign analytics
🔹Handle client communication, reporting, and reviews
🔹Improve ROI through continuous optimization
🔹Support onboarding of new team members
🔹Recommend e-commerce best practices to enhance brand growth
🔹Mentor and guide junior analysts

Qualifications & Skills
