Hiring: Performance Marketing & E-commerce Analyst | Skyrrup (D2C Brand)
Anyone can run Meta ads.
Very few can scale them profitably.
We’re building Skyrrup, a fast-growing D2C brand, and looking for someone who can own growth — not just campaigns.
If you understand both performance marketing + e-commerce numbers, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Run and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads
- Optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
- Analyze the full funnel: Traffic → Add to Cart → Purchase
- Identify drop-offs and improve website conversion rate (CVR)
- Work with creatives to develop high-performing ads
- Turn data into insights and real business decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 5-6 years in Performance Marketing / D2C / E-commerce
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Solid understanding of customer journey & funnels
- Comfortable working with GA4, data, and performance metrics
- Someone who takes ownership of revenue, not just execution

- Revenue from paid channels
