Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across different digital platforms. The candidate should have basic knowledge of digital advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple campaigns to improve ROI and generate quality leads for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and lead quality.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Create ad copies, creatives coordination, and campaign strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage lead generation campaigns for different clients and industries.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and advertising policies.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for reporting and data management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in digital marketing preferred.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
