🔍 Role:
- Jr Performance Marketing Executive (1-2 Years Experience)
- Mid-Level Performance Marketing Specialist (3-4 Years Experience)
📍 Location: Bengalore
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Drive customer acquisition and improve ROI across channels
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C/e-commerce
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Data-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Passion for fashion and e-commerce is a plus
