🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Execute and optimise performance-driven content across paid media, landing pages, and priority B2C pages, with content designed to be reusable across B2C and B2B contexts
- Ensure strong alignment between ads, landing pages, and on-site content across acquisition funnels
- Own copy and structure for high-impact, high-traffic and campaign-specific landing pages
- Maintain and optimise operator, route, and service pages based on active routes, services, and promos
- Support SEO- and demand-led content initiatives where they directly contribute to acquisition
- Work closely with Growth, Content, Product, and Tech teams to integrate content into user journeys
🔍 What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance content, or content operations within a product-driven environment
- Hands-on experience analysing content and page performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
- Proven ability to write and optimise content for paid acquisition and landing pages, with strong ad-to-page message matching
- Experience working with a CMS or product-embedded content tools, within existing templates and technical constraints
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and demand-led content optimisation for acquisition
- Strong execution and collaboration skills in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments, with professional working proficiency in English

- Content & performance interview – With Helen, Content Manager, to assess content execution skills, performance mindset, and ability to adapt a marketing concept across B2C and B2B contexts
- Practical exercise – Take-home content task used as a discussion basis to evaluate writing quality, structure, prioritisation, and performance thinking
- Final interview – With Lachezar, Head of Growth & Marketing Activation, to review the exercise, discuss broader growth topics, and validate overall role fit
