Role Summary:
Own end-to-end lead generation across paid channels and ensure consistent monthly targets are achieved across Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and future markets like Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on: ○ Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) ○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) ○ LinkedIn Ads (for B2B / premium leads)
- Continuously monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS and improve performance Lead Generation & Funnel Management
- Ensure daily lead flow meets targets per location
- Improve lead quality (not just quantity)
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for conversions Multi-Location Campaign Handling
- Run city-wise campaigns (Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Dubai)
- Customize messaging based on audience and budget A/B Testing & Experimentation
- Test creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
- Scale winning campaigns quickly Budget Management
- Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms
- Ensure minimal wastage and maximum ROI Coordination
- Work closely with: ○ Pre-sales team → Lead quality feedback ○ Sales team → Conversion insights ○ Creative team → Ad creatives & videos KPIs (Very Important for Hiring Clarity)
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Monthly Qualified Leads
- Conversion Rate (Lead → Site Visit / Sale)
- ROI / ROAS
- Lead Quality Score (from sales team) Required Skills
- 3–4 years in performance marketing (real estate / interiors preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in: ○ Meta Ads Manager ○ Google Ads
- Understanding of: ○ Funnels, attribution, pixel tracking ○ CRM integration (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data-driven thinking (not guesswork marketing)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Someone who has handled ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets
- Knows how to scale campaigns, not just run them
- Comfortable handling multi-city lead generation
