Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Faridabad. The role involves planning and executing performance marketing campaigns, conducting in-depth market research, developing data-driven marketing strategies, and monitoring campaign performance. The Performance Marketing Specialist will identify opportunities to optimize digital presence, collaborate with other marketing teams for sales enablement, and ensure campaigns align with the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to plan impactful campaigns and identify market trends.
- Experience in Sales and an understanding of customer acquisition and engagement tactics.
- Proven ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and optimize performance marketing strategies based on KPIs.
- Proficient in using performance marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
