We are looking for a results-obsessed Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to execution to scaling.
Responsibilities
- Running & scaling ads on Google, Meta & LinkedIn
- Building high-converting funnels (Ad → Landing Page → Sales)
- Reducing CPL, improving ROAS, and driving qualified leads
- Testing creatives, audiences & copies aggressively
- Making decisions backed by data
- Plan and execute campaigns and events
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
- Create online and offline marketing content
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
Qualifications
- 2–4 years experience in Performance Marketing
- Hands-on with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Agency or high-growth startup experience preferred
- Someone who takes ownership of numbers
