Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency
- Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Drive high-quality lead acquisition for programs and offerings
- Optimize conversion funnels (ad → landing page → application)
- Work closely with product and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Data & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
- Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Own key metrics like CAC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV
- Growth & Experimentation
- Identify and scale new acquisition channels (YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
- Experiment with new ad formats, audience segments, and growth hacks
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and ad platforms
- Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to develop high-performing creatives
- Provide data-backed feedback on messaging and positioning
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with admissions, sales, and product teams to align on targets and outcomes
- Ensure seamless tracking and attribution across the funnel
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience working in high-growth startups, edtech, or D2C is preferred
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with landing page optimization tools (Webflow, Unbounce, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO and organic growth is a plus
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation and attribution tools
