Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive measurable performance improvements. The daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data to measure campaign success, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and customer-centric approaches to drive growth and engagement.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with collaborators, stakeholders, and clients while ensuring satisfaction and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to develop data-driven campaigns that align with target audiences and business objectives.
  • Experience in Sales and performance-oriented strategies to increase conversions and achieve measurable results.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data and optimize for improved performance.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies is highly beneficial.
